Navigating the space between where you are

and where you want to be

Liminality

(n) The liminal space is the “crossing over” space – a space where you have left something behind, but you are not yet fully in something else.

WHAT WE DO

WHAT WE DO
Facilitation (1).png

Good facilitation helps to foster relationships, spark creativity and advance work forward. Liminality Consulting combines Results Based Facilitation, Human Centered Design, Appreciative Inquiry and Restorative Justice to create facilitation approaches that are customized to meet the unique needs of each client.

Project Management (1).png

Too often projects get stuck or stalled after the design phase. Ideas are generated with a lot of excitement and energy, but teams frequently struggle to move from concept to action. Liminality Consulting helps build the capacity for teams to move from dreaming, to planning to doing. Using action oriented process frameworks, adaptive leadership, proposal-based decision making and inclusive accountability, Liminality Consulting helps teams create the big picture by focusing on the small details.

Strategic Planning (1).png

Starting with “why” is a powerful concept, but it is impossible when the why is unknown. Liminality Consulting partners with organizations and teams as they identify their vision and articulate their mission. After working with Liminality Consulting, teams will be grounded in their values and ready to advance their work with concrete strategies, tangible goals, actionable timelines and clear roles and responsibilities.

Liminality Consulting offers workshops and trainings on the following topics:

  • Building Foundations for Racial Equity in Early Childhood

  • Supporting Emotional Regulation in Young Children
  • Restorative Circles as an approach to navigating conflict and improving team culture
